1. Use of Site

By using this site, you confirm that you are a t least 13 years old and have permission from a parent or guardian if under 18. To make a purchase, you must be 18 or have legal authorization.

2. Product Information

We strive to describe and represent our products as accurately as possible. However, Wabi Whiffs is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper use, or results caused by external factors.

Important Product Notice:

Fizzy Toilet Bombs and On-the-Go Singles must be stored in a cool, dry place away from water or humidity. Exposure to moisture may cause them to activate prematurely and render them ineffective.

3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Orders are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wabi Whiffs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our products.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Wabi Whiffs experience.

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

1. Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at sprinkles with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
We are unable to process any returns that are final sale or contain pet hair/smoke/perfume etc.
All returns need to be returned within 14-days of receiving your order and shipped out before the 14-day mark is up. Returns must include the RA# that must be requested from sprinkles@wabiwhiffs.com. Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund your item promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bath and body products.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
During peak times (such as holidays, major sales, or promotional events), processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience!

Delivery times vary by location and chosen method, but typical delivery is within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Lost or Delayed Packages
